The wardrobe staple you’ll wear now and in spring

Well, that’s January over and done with! A new month brings with it the possibility of new beginnings and we’re all ready for that.

What we’re not quite ready for though is a full-on spring wardrobe. The weather is more changeable this time of year than one of Boris’s pandemic policies so you need versatile styles you can wear now and later when spring arrives.

This particular style received a lot of love in my masterclass last week when I showed all the different ways you can wear it.

It’s not necessarily one of 2021’s key trends but I’ve never been a fan of following trends for trends sake. When mini-skirts, corsets and dresses with cut-out torsos are being predicted as this season’s key trends I feel it’s best to offer something slightly more erm, wearable, shall we say. The designers are clearly not suffering from lockdown lumpiness like many of us.

So here are my top five suggestions (across the price points) for a wardrobe staple that you’ll wear for season after season – the utility jumpsuit:-

Everlane – Ulitity drap jumpsuit £111

Me and Em – Fluid Zip Up Jumpsuit £250.00

H&M – Denim boiler suit – £39.99

Massimo Dutti – Cotton and lyocell jumpsuit with pockets £149.00

Norma Kamila at The Outnet – Denim wide leg jumpsuit £124

If you missed the masterclass ‘How to dress for joy and rediscover your style mojo’ stay tuned to my Instagram Reels this week. I’ll be giving you a sneak peek of the ‘four ways style a jumpsuit’ video I shared during the class.

If you’re interested in attending the next masterclass. Please get in touch and I’ll pop you on the list.
